Absolutely! We’re often asked whether a helen b illustration can be tattooed by a tattoo artist. You can purchase a “tattoo ticket” through the webshop- it’s a way to show your support for my work if you’d like to have a helen b illustration as a tattoo. Many tattoo artists feel more comfortable (or even require) approval from the artist before tattooing their work, so this is a quick and easy way to provide that. Click here for all the details.

Selling clothing is a bit more complicated than selling porcelain (think of sizes, fits, etc.), which is why you won’t find them on our website. Fortunately, we’ve partnered with Inker, so you can order the coolest T-shirts and sweaters directly from them! You can find them here.

We pack our porcelain as firmly and precisely
as possible, but unfortunately there is always a chance of breakage during shipping.

If the product is broken or you notice a defect - jug you can report this within 48h after delivery via info@helenb.be. Add the necessary photos to your email to show what the breakage or defect entails. We provide a refund for the product if the complaint is justified.

You can only use a digital gift card in the webshop. The gift cards for the helen b & friends store are only valid in the physical store in Ghent.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. The helen b-illustrations are on numerous products: porcelain (mugs, plates, bowls), textiles (tote bags, kitchen aprons, ...), stationery (notepads, week planners,...) and glass.
