Minimum order amount
The minimum order amount is €500 (excl. VAT, handling and transport). From a second order onwards this will be €350.
Sales points that only want to sell our stationery products, can appeal to a minimum order amount of 250 euro.
You can pay immediately via Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. Later payment can be done by bank transfer. The bank transfer is payable no later than the 21st day after the invoice date.
We ship both within Europe and outside Europe to all our points of sale. The standard rates and shipping conditions of the chosen shipping company will be applied.
The cost of shipping depends on destination, number of boxes and weight. Orders for export can only be shipped with DHL.
Complaints and returns
The goods are delivered as described on the invoice or packing list. The products must be checked immediately. Any complaints must be made within 2 working days (48 hours) of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The standard shipping period for orders is 2 weeks. Possible delays in delivery cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement. The customer bears all costs and risks for the shipment of helen b to the desired destination.

Cancellation of the order is only possible if it is requested in writing by the buyer, at the latest within 5 working days after the order was placed and confirmed by us in writing. In the event of cancellation, the customer shall owe a fixed fee of 10% of the total value of the order, with a minimum of 250€.
